Eligibility Requirements for University of Regina Scholarships for International Students 2024/2025

  • International students from all countries are eligible to apply for the University of Regina International Entrance Scholarships. Both secondary and transfer students are qualified to apply. However, applicants must apply for a study permit and have an admission average of 85% or higher for Bachelor’s degree, 80% for PhD programs, and 75% for Masters. Moreover, candidates must maintain a minimum of 9 credit hours per term until the last day of classes. Proof of English language proficiency is mandatory and can be demonstrated through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/Duolingo. For the Faculty of Nursing, post-secondary studies from a non-English exempt country must have been completed within the last two years of application to the Faculty.
